French King Napolean Bonaparte, in 1803, said on China, “Let her sleep, for when she wakes, she will shake the world." She has finally arrived not only shaking but also shocking the World in such a way that the “Rise of China’’ is considered as an Opportunity as well as a Contemporary Challenge by whole of the International system. China is now not only giving sleepless nights to USA Treasury bills but also reserving its special edition on online/offline International newspapers/magazines wherein “Shining India” couldn’t make hitherto despite Democratic-India gaining Independence in 1947 and China going as a Communist state by 1950. However, every story has its end and accordingly it’s the same scene with nations. As we have different ideas, we adopt one or two and then we flip and switch it on to new, thus, in the same manner a nation adopts a particular ideology and with the changing society (thanks to Globalisation) it constitutes a new one to meet all the factors of a Nation-state. This can be observed with the case of Soviet Union which became Red in 1917 and broke-up in 1990 adopting Federal Democracy. Pakistan was formed on the bases of Islam in 1947 and by 1960’s turned into a Theocratic-Military state. India amended Secularism in 1976 whereas Egypt, Tunisia came out of Absolutism recently and is on the way to Democracy. During this Ideological-transition, many states can be also established within a territory using Secessionist tools or some Constitutional measures can be enactedly evolved. As this happened with the Velvet Revolution of 1991 in Czechoslovakia post-Soviet break-up of 1990 which led to the formation of 15 new states in Baltic region and Central Asia. Using this introduction, a god-awful incident in 1989 known as Tiananmen Square protest shocked the whole world. It commenced from April 15^th. Can this be earmarked as the beginning of the fall of state-controlled China before 2025?

Tiananmen protest was in Gandhian style organised by Democrats, Trotskyists, Pacifists, students of China and this incident occurred when a Liberal-Reformist as a General Secretary in Chinese Communist Party (CCP) Hu Yaobang had a suspicious death. The protest was the sign of high-unemployment, 18.5% Inflation, Milton’s Economic diplomacy which wasn’t so propitious towards China’s so-called liberalised economy since 1979. Protesters were also of the view to have Freedom of Speech, Freedom of Media in China but unfortunately on June 4 around 400 of them were killed and even now the famous scene “Tank Man” shot by Jeff Widener is an unsolved mystery.

Many Diplomatic Analysts and Academicians are of the view that China would surely break-up as it happened with Soviet. Some go by as early as 2015 and some International-Politics students argue for 2025.

The root cause of this upcoming political turmoil would be Land reforms commencing from Rural China. China now no more holds the doctrine of Economist Henry George’s Geoism. The Income Inequality is escalating, thus, creating a huge gap between urbanites and ruralises. The continuous dependency on the State would ultimately hurt the mass resulting into another Tiananmen like protest by 2020.

The ETIM (East Turkmenistan Independence Movement) to the western part of China’s Xinjiang region is not at all proving that much of headache for now to the State due to its harsh dealing with secessionism. China also ranks in the top list of Violation of Human Rights and this would then result into revolt demanding more of Political and Civil Rights which are currently banned by the State.

Population is increasing in China and the failure of the State to meet their needs would also add fuel to the fire in the upcoming revolt. One-Child policy was classical and just two days One-dog policy was introduced. Demographic sphere will be the most important challenge. The State has banned/censored sites which they believe are Westerns hidden agenda’s to promote Liberal-Democracy that can disrupt the Maoist-psyche of the heavily populated youth/netizens.

China ranks 2^nd in emitting Carbons to the Atmosphere (next to USA who’s at the first position) and also holds larger share in Ozone depletion. Environmental Philosophers condemn China’s irresponsibility all the time when UNFCCC publishes the periodical report and as usual China doesn’t pays heed on not only climate-change issue but also on Human Rights issue clamoured by USA, EU and Allies.

The recent realist issues at Paracel islands and Senkaku islands are creating Balance-of-Power among Philippines, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Taiwan (Republic of China), Australia against China. This could be External implications for China as these nations are under the influence of USA’s GeoPolitical strategy.

China’s securing its future by investing heavily on Infrastructure and through the prism of Beijing Consensus since 2004, China’s also developing long-term economical relationship with many African nations (Kenya, Zambia, Lesotho, South Africa, Nigeria, Niger, Ivory Coast, Tanzania, Burkina Faso, and Ghana), Central Asian (Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan) and Latin American nations specially Brazil and Venezuela to meet/secure her Energy needs. This is generally observed that by 2020, China would be saving/storing 586 tonnes of barrels of Oil. China has established trade relations with EU with Belgium, Netherlands, and Luxembourg. China is dominating in East Asia through the platforms of APEC and ASEAN.

The China’s currency (acting as an Export subsidy) devaluates against US$ then by very next day millions are out on the streets protesting for “surprisingly unemployment”.

Taiwan (Republic of China) is too resented with One China format and can also be one of the agenda to break away China.

China does possess the strength of having largest military (Military spending is too very high). PRA does play a crucial role in Internal and External politics but the question is how far the building will sustain when its residents residing in it are pissed off with China’s political system and have learnt about Egyptian style protest more closely. Should the recent survey conducted by Pew Institute on public satisfaction (87%) towards Chinese govt. be relied?

All eyes are now on 2012 when the current President Hu Jintao finishes his tenure and then 57yr-old Xi Jingping takes his chair widely known for his young charisma. The very three challenges Mr. Xi will face are – Tibetan Issue, Depreciation of Currency & Human Rights. Hope Chinese Triads won’t hack this analytical report you read just now and thus creating more disputes between India and China who will be only on Economic War and surely not an Offensive-Conventional war. Stay away from those reports which talks of China attacking India by 2014 to divert its internal political plight … and keep enjoying Chinese food diplomacy!

Legalisation of it however has a point .i.e. it would keep a tab on Human Trafficking and also this vocation can be Institutionalised as well as Identity-cards/permit can be issued. IT can bring in tremendous change whereas Red Tapism should be shown the doors. India consternated with vile politics and bemused society
An area of 32, 87,263 km2 is doing splendid but tardily, once in a month we hear from the Finance ministry or from the PMO quoting that “India will achieve 9% growth” but actually speaking, very less is pumped in educational sector and the policies set by the ruling coalition at present are propitious towards the Khaas-Admi’s pocket. Few candidates from some political party gibe with the Rule 49-0 of the Conduct of Election Rules, 1961, which furnishes with an opportunity to vote none of the above and whereas Russians have this option, countries like Australia, Belgium (since 1892) go for compulsory voting, India should follow this for better governance because Indians complain a lot against government and thus ignore voting opportunities. This won’t do. When 26/11 took place, India expected Mumbaikars to vote in the general elections but unfortunately 46% voting was recorded (not even crossing 50%). Then I think just sitting in an air-conditioned office and cursing government isn’t constitutional. Eunuchs are better than these Indians. When asked to these Indians, they quote “All candidates are one and the same, our vote won’t make any difference”, and then simultaneously they don’t have any right to blame politicians, either people must keep their halitosis mouth shut or else modify the situation through actions …such as RTI, PIL, social activities contributed by each and every Indian will surely make a lot of difference. The Government of India must create a fundamental right for each and every Indian to perform social activities, filing RTI, helping deprived class, etc once in six months and it must be made applicable to each and every class, caste and gender, profession, etc and on this , some kind of incentives , tax cut, etc must be endorsed. Let me also bring to the notice of the Government that they better provide people with ‘None of the Above’ option during electoral process and if there is anyone who gonna disagree then politics is not their vocation, for these kind of people they’ve made politics as their avocation. Candidates’ assets and income profile must be made available online and for those who can’t afford online, the administration must anyhow reach this class and inform them.
Food is the basic necessity of any living being, when talking about Social animals they are likely to abhor the word ‘Food Inflation’ which now has peaked at 19.5%. Bad control on population, nexus between corporators (politicians) – builders, adverse policies on farming sector, poor infrastructural and urban planning, black marketing are the causes of Food pinching the Aam-Admi’s pocket. Few years back, we’d a saying: “Hum do, Humare do” but now in my era, I hear: “Hum do, Humare Ek”. Still our population is growing tremendously and are in competition with China. For a better future, we need family planning; more emphasis should be pumped in rural areas. We’ve more young people in our nation still unemployment prevails despite the ruling gov. initiative like NREGA, even corruption at the lower level of this initiative is beholden, very soon we will see rise in stipend in this scheme from Rs.100/- to Rs.150/- and many private-public companies will initiate education to workers under this scheme for projects which is indeed good. NREGA must now be more modified and innovated to reach extreme poor people, physically-disabled people. Recently, Justice Suresh Tendulkar presented a report on Below Poverty Line (BPL) in India which is around 37% whereas the Gov. showered us with stilted statistics concluding BPL at 27.5%. I plead them to visit Bhakatara district in Chattisgarh, Sadguru Kheda in Bihar, Bundhelkhand district in U.P, Amravati district in Maharashtra or just talk to a cobbler at the railway station. The economic-polices must be formulated to involve not only Relative poverty but also enlisting Absolute poverty. When you are in a developed foreign land to donate some stuff, you’ve to search poor people but in India, you can easily spot poor people. Despite Rs.10,000 crore loan packages waived for farmers in Maharashtra , the suicidal rate is still escalating…factors of Global warming are the best foe’s of this people.
Hon’ble ministers and highly respected political party workers, these days, are more concerned about bifurcation, trifurcation of Indian states. As per this ideology, small states create good governance and better functioning of administration but this case fails in the newly-formed states of Jharkhand, Chattisgarh where deprived class and many people still forage, were boycotted and thus creating one more tension for this nation – Naxalites. Since their movement incepted in 1967 but yet they are not complacent with the Gov. Programmes, poor PDS in their respective states and police harassing them: “Society prepares the crime and the criminal commits it”. We need states for progress, development and contribution to our economy but on the basis of administration not on linguistic line otherwise after 100 years; you’ll be requiring Visa to travel from Mumbai to Lucknow or from Hyderabad to Vishakhapatnam. Sir Winston Churchill, correctly said, India will one day divide among themselves and we are doing our best to pursue his dream, isn’t this an act of impudent? From the long-term point of view, we don’t need any more ‘’Second State Reorganisation Commission’’ but we surely need ‘’Nation and State Development Commission’’, think now before it’s too late!
Vada-Pav is liked by everyone who’d. It is also known as ‘’Food of Common person’’ but now it costs around Rs.6-Rs.7- , the regional party in Maharashtra – Shiv Sena , which is pride of Marathi people recently started their stalls across Mumbai to compete with McDonald’s, etc , their vada-pav costs at Rs.6/-. How much Vada-pav can a poor person or a beggar have in a day? With this, NCP in Mumbai is coming with Kande-Pohe costing same. These parties talk about eradication of poverty during releasing of election pronunciamento, at least they can make such tasty food affordable to all section of class.
I am still in doubt; I think only a notice from 10 Janpath can help me. Why PM was discombobulated during general elections in 2009 with independent candidates contesting in our so-called Democracy? Many newspapers quoted him saying that “Independent Candidates divide votes” but don’t you think its unfair saying this in our Democracy, Can not an ordinary person contest election as an Independent in our Democracy? Why do we’ve leaders saying this? Why certain Opinion leaders of some religious section issue fatwas pre-elections directing its people to vote only for the candidate who belongs to their caste or community? Isn’t this harming our basic fundamental rights in our Democracy? And there are some who always talk about building Ram temple but even during their tenure they couldn’t build? Will they actually build or just gossiping like mindless bollywood actresses? Why aren’t they focusing on the purification of River Ganga or even modifying the Ganga Purification Project? Then there are Marxists and Communists in India who are afraid of loosing elections in 2011 WB Assembly elections and they feel xenophobic to Naxalites and Marxist-Leninist? These Marxist and Communist people have finally agreed ‘’Corruption at the lower level of their party” now, they oppose SEZ in India and on the other hand appreciate SEZ in Guangxi province of China, they also condemned Han Chinese atrocities on Uighur Muslims to appease their vote bank here but why they don’t seriously fight for the implementation of Sachar Committee recommendations which strives to strengthen minority communities.
We call Mahatma Gandhi “Father of our nation” but we don’t follow his principles. MP like Vilas Muttemwar in Vidarbha district of Nagpur in Maharashtra coronal statue of Gandhi and then give their ‘’Babuic Baashan’’ on bifurcation of Maharashtra, fortunately it was only the statue of Gandhi, if he would’ve been here and other freedom fighters as well, I assure they would’ve burst in tears looking at the present situation in India. Many youngsters likely desire to build their career in MNC’s, Business Organisations, Banks ignoring vocations like teaching , science, law, history, politics etc and thus we lack proficient people in the said areas, the Gov. must take this issue seriously and pump in more funds in this educational area, create opportunities. An ordinary citizen surely can’t contest elections even at the local level because buying a ticket costs up to Rs.10K, canvassing up to Rs. 10-25 Lakhs, even doing social/noble work and earning goodwill among the people isn’t as easy as many Indians aren’t aware politically and are agog about Salman-Katrina private life. Media and the Journalism is complacent with their TRP theory and not researching more on theories like Uses and Gratification, Agenda-Setting, etc. Indians are active audience and Media has contributed a lot still the Journalism is bemused. Indians need to develop neoterics thinking, just by wearing modern or western dress won’t make us Modern thinker. We must ne’er be complacent with the short-term objective. Our Media talks about the Voice of Democracy but let me present some dinkum instances so that you’ll believe me – Newspaper organisations, TV channels are now more indulged in marketing. The widely read English Broadsheet across India called Mr.Lalji Tandon, BJP MP from Lucknow , and said that they will give wide coverage to him if he paid to their packages. Many paid news content can be easily beholden in Dainik Jagran, Gujarat Samachar, Eenadu, Navabharat. Newspaper like Punjab Kesri having readership of Rs.1.04 crore admitted that they made between Rs.5 crore to 20 crore during assembly election. Congress MP Sandeep Dikshit said that a news channel in Delhi called him to pay Rs. 3 lakhs so that they can give best and positive coverage to Rahul Gandhi visits during general elections in 2009. Mr. P.K.Rama Rao from Loksatta party, Warangal , Andhra Pradesh, paid Rs.50,000 to Eenadu (Eenadu is a telgu daily) for three articles. Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) is loosing reputation every day as their chief and CM Mayawati of U.P. has spend Rs.3000 crore in building statues of Kanshi Ram (founder of B.S.P), Dr. Ambedkar, Elephants and also of her, one of the party member Akhilesh Das who is also a MP admitted that Media doesn’t give importance to them and write anti-B.S.P. Personally speaking, even when I interned in some Hindi news channels, I was told every time by my producer or senior editor, whenever I used to go on reporting, to get some kind of ‘’Masala from Coverage’’. The credibility of news is diminishing; it’s nothing but a product. Media is the fourth estate of our democracy, it’s the most powerful tool in the world, it can make gov. or it can abolish gov., it can create fame or it can defame you, me or anyone. Media is not God but people specially Indians believe and treat Media as God, hence this is why we are called ‘’Active Audience’’. When politicians like Madhani (Madhani is from PDP, this party is based in Kerala and other parts of India as well but this person was involved in Coimbatore blasts in 2005) can easily contest elections, hence you can define ‘’Election Commission of India’’, there are other great like Laloo Prasad (involved in Fodder Scam), Abu Azmi (involved in Cobbler Scam, his assets declared in 2009 elections showed Rs.124 crore, so you can well imagine undeclared assets).
India’s defence isn’t strong compared to China because most of the defence deals give birth to scams. Renowned are BMW Submarine Scam, Falcon Planes Scam, Bofors Scam. We also have thousands of vacancies in Indian Army, Indian Navy, Indian Air-Force, and Indian Police Force.

Mamta didi is putting more emphasis to North and North-East Railways as she is hyped about achieving power in WB in 2011. We lack efficient Urban Planners and are set to believe to build states and cities. Water Harvesting cannot be done in Mumbai , hence Mumbai adopted to Cloud-Seeding in this July 2009 which was grimaced by BMC (Budmaash Municipal Coprporation ….ooppss….sorry ….BrihanMumbai Mahanagar Palika), in BMC office one can easily spot rats and files and the most secured person in India are Afzal Guru and Ajmal Kasab. “Justice delayed is Justice denied’’ , hope CJI K.G.Balakrishnan does something soon. Lust is found more in Indian men, India ranks high in rape and sexual molestation, through Travel and Tourism Ministry initiative - “Incredible India” we invite foreigners and ultimately foreign women in this nation are raped more compared to others. We talk about Racism in Australia as if Racism is new to us and we are purified souls, then why dowry system, assault on women and senior people, atrocities on dalits and Christians take place here. One of my aussie friend told that Indians behave in Aus. like blocking subways and chatting in between, loudly talking on phone, peeping on women and bikini women, promoting Indian groupism, speaking sometimes bad English (even my English isn’t good), if this is so we complain then why Chinese aren’t attacked?
Even I abhor criticising my friends, enemies in India but we Indians must accept the truth and start working upon it, let’s stop violence and say no to drugs and do many things which needs immediate attention before the planetoid Apophis hits the earth and India in 2036.

You, guide and now channelise

There was a religion introduced in A.D., it defined itself as the ‘Purest and the only religion to attain Lord’, but as we all are well-versed with vile people in this world who not only act smartly but I define these people as ‘’Over Smart’’ as they play a crucial role in destructing themselves and as well this gift (world) of God. Things do go wrong because they get out of hand… but I believe they can be manipulated and directed to the right path only by taking those things on our hand , it do requires lot of determination and diligence but the basic fundamental is desire to do. Now that religion is very much compared to the spread of Terrorism and Suspicion, I am very sad for this but still in order to save this globe from ‘’Mindless Creatures’’ who have no other job and are ‘’Good for Nothing’’, if you and me still sit and do nothing then we will be termed as ‘’Nothing for Good’’, though it may sound you as an interesting article. But in fact don’t let this feeling occur in your psyche as it will lead to the attitude of reliability on ‘’Materialistic Life’’ which itself is one of the root cause to destruction of our emotions, mind and spirit.


I completely accord with what the late and former President of US, Mr. Thomas Jefferson, once declared, “A man is free and administrator by nature’’ and continued “Voice of the people is the Voice of God’’. We ne’er gibe with this because we act over-smart, we love to dominate on urchin and poor people or weak people, but when it comes to show the power on real encumbrance(s) then we are less to be valiant. Aren’t we Impudent? Are we Impertinent? We have complete right to do anything, we have complete right to speak, we have right to appreciate as well as criticise, we have right to follow any religion and it’s also not mandatory to follow any religion and be a theist but the so-called humans who are also not better than animals impose restrictions on any form of Freedom and termed themselves as the “Voice of God’’ or “Effective Ruler” , I really pity on such people …I’ve no idea what their mother had when they were in foetus? I believe in God , I trust Lord Ram , I trust Allah , I trust Jesus , I trust Guru Nanak , I trust Gautam Buddha , I trust David and for this I don’t need to follow any so-called religion or get any secular certificate from the political parties of India who still continue with the Imperial British ‘’Divide and Rule’’ policy. Man created religion so that faith exist and good ethics will keep us all one but many came into existence which led to copyrighting and claiming of intellectual property rights. Even the Blood-Scientists still yet found no deviation between the colours of blood of a Hindu person and a Muslim but easily, psychological as well as sociological digression can be beholden. An Easy Problem

“Mummy, kindly gimme Rs.20/-“, she quests and then you reply saying that,” I want an eco-friendly long-book to chalk down the notes of Maths”, but one thing for sure you are not propitious to Maths, right? ….anyways, you get that book from the nearby stationary store. You bring the one which enlists your favourite Savoyard on the front-cover of the book, then you look at the last-page whereby all information, white paper, games, etc are mentioned, then you look at the last-but-one page where persuading, ethical quotes are displayed … you read with jocund, so today I wish to make you savvy with one of the most commonly used term ‘Depression’ …

As far as my knowledge, you may be well-versed with the renowned quote “When oppressed or depressed, just smile” and many other blah-blah-blah ….! You read, you enjoy these all but don’t follow, well this is a problem for you but for me it’s a Depression... You know why because you are depressed, why the hell we talk about depression? By the way, what is this? …our so-called Indian Education Model which pretends to be pragmatic defines “Depression” in its respective text books as , “ An encumbrance which causes physiological as well as psychological disorder or imbalance causing us to behave in an alien way or improper attitude affecting us and the society” , that’s all …we learn it and score 80-90% making the so-called Human society and autocratic-parents happy , but if 79% is scored we get depressed and the said parties make us feel disappointed as if a crime is committed , this depression can be tackled easily but the real problem is ‘we’ who don’t want to obviate , we want to sit with it and enjoy as if it’s a fruit … I don’t why , do you know ?

When we pass through depression, an imbroglio is felt, suicidal tendencies arise, we feel low and weak, we turn atheist, and we listen to sad songs from Bollywood , we turn to our so-called friends for help but their real picture is presented …instead you (my best friend) , we must be gratitude towards Depression as this is an exam where we can ratiocinate our Friends , it assists us to judge them , in this phase we can highlight our potentials and will-power , we can also takeover our foibles , we can learn lot of things from this phase but still we keep our halitosis mouth shut and sit with it..

The real problem is that we read about depression, we know about the ways to overcome it but still because of our looby nature we love to live with depression, people who think that depression can be overcome through drugs, smoking, drinks, are the worst people...it will relieve them but only for short-term but later ‘Cancer’ …Its also best to circumvent promiscuous women or partner during this phase ……Sex can also cure but perform it only when you are married. Ok. ….Read your favourite books , betrothal with your avocation , meditation & yoga , evening walk , socialising with good and positive people , writings , sleeping , good diet , visiting religious places will surely cure it but the thing is ‘’to do’’ …

There are various causes for depression, but I can recommend you is to stop being over-possessive for someone who is not meant for you, its not mandatory that everyone should have an exquisite beau …its best that possession for Human-Being is absent because our expectations may not be fulfilled, one can’t derive happiness from others but it can be derived from one-self …embark looking in yourself, be yourself, don’t pretend …keep smiling, stay..Think...feel …talk positive , strengthen your will-power as you are not born to be ruled by others… you are born to rule others , this is your world …when others can play with you but I think you should not because there exists the distinguish between ‘Human Beings’ and ‘Animals’ ..God will answer that person, we are no one but we can be like God...

Our mind is the most powerful entity. It can accept depression / stress or it can kick depression …it’s on you how you rule your mind. Everyone passes through tribulations (its nature’s law) …when we feel low just take an instance of Sir Louis Braille who at the age of 3 got blind and lived with this for 40 years, he just not only lived happily but invented ‘Braille Language’ for the sightless people, he could’ve committed suicide but instead he left an indelible mark in the world which kept out our Jaws open …Just think over this my dear friend? Just switch on the idiot box and put DVD of Hera Pheri and watch Baburao Ganpatrao Apte (Paresh Rawal) , listen to slow music / Kholo Darwaze from Tare Zameen Par / Lakshya from Lakshya or type youtube.com and watch speeches of Obama (an American President of afro-American origin where in Africa people die of hunger and crime) who shouts ‘yes , We can’ ..Then I think you can …

Say bye-bye to problems, perform your best keeping in mind the capability-power , win over anger / ego , lead yourself , don’t be reliable , be kosher to yourself , create your own Mavel , avoid back-biting and keep distance from Yenta …enrich and live the colourful life by beholding the mentioned image:-

Indian Government v/s God


“Elect them and they will serve you. Pray to him and he’ll protect you. Pay tax and they will administer. Donate and you’ll be his devotee.”

Now, let’s behold whose system is powerful?

Both of these entities are powerful in nature. They can do anything at any time, any place. Respect from you is fundamental; if you fail to comply with any of their conditions then you are gone! They possess powers like Money, influences, spiritual weapons, oratory skills, branding, etc. He is already appointed but one can be appointed. Not everybody is born with “Silver Spoon”.
Both of them don’t fear but one may fear of “Anarchism”.

One ne’er commits any mistake but assists us in realising our own mistake and the other one creates that society or environment where mistake occurs and we commit it. Government is very good in making mistakes, very few regret it too.

We are also in the race to be a Politician and God or Messiah. We are also in the race to be an ethnocentric. Government, with the help of Almighty followers, play politics and win votes accordingly. 
 
It takes a decade for the government to complete a task and for God; it depends on the variation of your donation. God can do it in few hours or may take the whole life to complete it.

One can behold God through his meditation or spirit mind. One can behold Government through bribing or voting.
